3. Cancellation Charge
No penalty charge shall be applied before June 23, 2019
One-night penalty charge per cancelled room will be charged for cancellation after/on June 24, 2019
No-show or failure to check it upon arrival days will be subjected to two-night penalty fee per no-show room
Early departure or shortening stay is subject to a whole-period charge per room (Decision made after/on June 24, 2019)

4. Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations before June 1, 2019 will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after June 1, 2019 or no-shows.
