Registration Notices
1. Payment must be made in USD , The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
2. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from their departments should be provided;
3. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact pcm@cpcmconf.org for details);.
4. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Accommodation fee, Transportation fee, visa application fee and Paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
•On and Before May 20: Full Refund
•Between May 21 to June 19: 50% of payment Refund
•On and After June 20: No Refund
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
