Q1. How can I attend PCM 2019?

A1: You could attend PCM 2019 in the following forms:
◆ Submit an abstract or a paper via the paper submission system, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
◆ Without paper or abstract submission, you could write an e-mail to us via pcm@cpcmconf.org and confirm about the participation information, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;

Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?

A2: Abstract could be formatted according to the abstract template in the Call for Abstracts section.The detail format for full paper could be found in the publication guidelines section.

Q3. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?

A3: Unfortunately no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.

Q4. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?

A4: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the following schedule:
◆ Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
◆ Cancellations between 49 and 7 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
◆ No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the conference.

Q5: What if I'd like to bring a guest?

A5: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in PCM 2019.

Q6: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?

A6: Normally, the meals provided by the conference are Buffet dinner and lunch. You could choose the dishes you like.

Q7: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?

A7: Please complete your conference registration and payment. After doing so, you could consult via pcm@cpcmconf.org to get the invitation letter. Please note: prior to receiving a letter of invitation you will need to complete and pay for your conference registration. As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
