Instructions for SCI Journals
Author guidelines will be sent to authors according to the different journal requirements after acceptance. Therefore, these papers of good quality can be submitted directly to the submission system without revising the format.

Instructions for IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE)
The proceedings of 2014 Global Conference on Polymer and Composite Materials (PCM 2014) will appear in the prestigious Open Access IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), which is part of IOP Conference Series. Selected papers will be published in the renowned SCI indexed Journal POLYMERS & POLYMERS COMPOSITES and other similar SCI indexed journals.

All papers published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) will be fully citable and upon publication will be free to download. Authors may be interested to know that Thomson Reuters (the owners of ISI Web of Science and SCI) will also index the PCM2014 proceedings through CPCI (Conference Proceedings Citation Index) and will be abstracted and indexed in Scopus, Compendex and Inspec, among others. Citations will be tracked online using IOP Publishing's citing articles facility in addition to the full citation tracking facilities provided by Scopus.

Selected papers published in the SCI indexed journal POLYMERS & POLYMERS COMPOSITES will be also fully citable, and online access will be included with the complete web archive back to 2001 available to subscribers to Smithers Rapra publisher.

Important: Publication License
For the papers published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), IOP Conference Series operates a publishing license, under which authors retain copyright of their papers and they no longer need to sign and submit copyright assignment forms. Any author who wishes to publish in IOP Conference Series must agree to the terms of the license and by submitting a paper for publication it is assumed all authors of the paper agree, in full, to the terms of the license. The license terms and conditions are available online.

For the selected papers to be published in the journal POLYMERS & POLIMERS COMPOSITES, upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) will be asked to transfer the copyright to Smithers Rapra. Author's traditional rights will not be affected.

Where to send your paper
Manuscripts, prepared according to the author guidelines, should be submitted to http://www.papersub.com/author/login.aspx?confname=pcm2015 by April 30th.

Preparing your paper
It is very important that you will submit your manuscript written in good English. Non-native English speaker authors are strongly encouraged to request help from the English Department at their Universities, from native English speakers colleagues, or to contact an English Language Editing Company service to improve their manuscripts previous to submission. Manuscripts with deficient English will be sent back to the authors for revision.

IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors are asked to prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the journal guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF. Full instructions on preparing your paper, along with templates, can be found on the IOP Conference Series website.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP do not copyedit papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Please note: post-publication changes are not usually permitted, unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please ensure your paper has been checked for errors.

Follow the same instructions than the IOP proceedings, but you will need to submit at the end a Word version

The PDF file of your paper: when preparing your paper ensure that you follow the author guidelines, but as a minimum:
     Use European A4 sized paper with at least a 25mm margin
     Ensure that your paper includes an abstract
     Do not add any page numbers, headers or footers to your article
Any multimedia files you wish to publish online
JPCS encourages authors to submit multimedia files to enhance the online versions of published research articles.
