Hotel Reservation

Rate: Standard Room/Single Room 70 USD/night

For room reservation, please reserve it via the Hotel Reservation session in PCM 2017 Submission System. Rooms in Xihu Hotel are limited, the reservation fee of 70 USD for one night should be paid in advance; otherwise we cannot guarantee your reservation.


Room Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made and received in written form.
-Cancellations before 5th May 2017 will receive a full refund.
-Cancellations among 5th-12nd May, 2017 will be refunded 70% of fees.
-Cancellations among 13rd-19th May, 2017 will be refunded 30% of fees.
-No refunds will be provided for cancellations among 20th-22nd May, 2017 or no-shows.

Note:

There are still have one room type exists in Xihu Hotel: Single Bed Room. Bed's size:1.2 meter (width) * 1.9 meter (length) The price is 45 USD/per night(one breakfast included).
And there are another hotel named Jiayi Hotel near the South China University of Technology, the Room Type is Business Single Room. The price is 30 USD/per night (Breakfast not included). If you would like to stay at Xihu Hotel or Jiayi Hotel, please kindly write an e-mail to pcm@cpcmconf.org for further comfirmation.
