1. Registration
Standards of Conference Registration fee:
Regular Participants: $300 per person(￥2200 per person)
The Registration Fee includes
• Publish one full paper in conference proceedings- IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (Indexed by EI, Scopus, Inspec, CPCI, etc)
• General Conference materials (Abstract book, Conference guide, gift, etc.)
• Access to any sessions and coffee breaks
• Lunch and supper between May 24th and 25th
The registration fee
DOES NOT INCLUDE • Accommodation
• Transportation fee
• Visa application fee
• Optional tour costs
• Paper publication fee in SCI or EI indexed journals
2. Confirmation Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.
3. Cancellation policy All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
Cancellations between 49 and 7 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the conference.
